Include your order number, and the nature of the problem in your email. We will then provide you with the RA number.  We must receive the return package within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise  The returned items must be in original condition. That means unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached. _Notes_: Items purchased “on sale” are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges for your order cannot be refunded and return shipping is at your expense. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipping vendor that allows you to track your package.
